Crispy Oven Chicken Drumsticks

🧑‍🍳 Ingredients

• 🍗 6–8 chicken drumsticks
• 🧂 1 tsp salt
• 🌿 1 tsp chicken spice mix
• 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper

🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels; this is the secret to achieving much crispier skin.
3. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the salt, pepper, and chicken spice mix.
4. Bake for 35–45 minutes, turning the drumsticks once halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
