Easy One-Pan Pasta

Pasta (any type)
Butter
Garlic
Frozen mixed vegetables
Salt
Black pepper
Optional: grated parmesan cheese
🧑🍳 Ingredients
250g pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
🍳 Instructions
Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil.
Add salt to the boiling water, then add pasta.
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add frozen vegetables to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
Add pasta to the pan with vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of the reserved pasta water.
Optional: sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese before serving.
